How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Normally the packages arrive in: 

Netherlands 1-3 working days

Europe 5-7 working days

USA 10-14 working days

Canada 10-14 working days

South-America 10-14 working days

Afrika 20-30 working days

Australië 20-30 working days

Can you ship faster?

Yes we can, on request we can ship with UPS or DHL prority.

This arrives in 2-3 days anywhere in the world. The extra charge for this is 24,- to 44,- depending on

the country where it has to go to.

What if the package is lost??

If we see on the trackingcode that the package is lost, we will send a new one for free.

What if customs take my package?

If this happens we will send a new one for free.

Damages

The Company is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order

damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

RETURN

All items can be returned for a refund.
The packaging has to be the original packaging and unopened.
Seeing as it is food and consumables we can not refund or replace once the packaging has been opened.
When you want to return ordered items you can contact our customerservice on support@thehighcompany.eu 
Replacing items due to any other reason than the items not being quality conform will result in extra shippingcosts to be payed by the customer.
The customer takes the responsibillity of shipping the items back.
We will replace or  refund as soon as we receive the items.
If items get lost in the mail it is the customers job to start a claim at the shippingcompany to get the money back.
When items arrive damaged at our office it is for the customer to start a claim at the shippingcompany.
