Yes we can, on request we can ship with UPS or DHL prority.
This arrives in 2-3 days anywhere in the world. The extra charge for this is 24,- to 44,- depending on
the country where it has to go to.
If we see on the trackingcode that the package is lost, we will send a new one for free.
If this happens we will send a new one for free.
The Company is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order
damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim
All items can be returned for a refund.
The packaging has to be the original packaging and unopened.
Seeing as it is food and consumables we can not refund or replace once the packaging has been opened.

Replacing items due to any other reason than the items not being quality conform will result in extra shippingcosts to be payed by the customer.
The customer takes the responsibillity of shipping the items back.
We will replace or refund as soon as we receive the items.

When items arrive damaged at our office it is for the customer to start a claim at the shippingcompany.
